Vikings SM Marikina: A Feast From The Sea

My cousin is spending her post-birthday celebration at Vikings and I just remembered my experience there. Which was awesome! I love food so you'd expect me to enjoy this type of dining with the big servings and wide variety of dishes, you'll definitely enjoy this buffet foodtrip.

We are definitely foodies, Daniel and I. So we were excited about this one. We documented all the food we ate and I think they look amazing!

We availed the birthday promo, where the birthday celebrant gets to eat for free, as long as he/she is accompanied by a full paying adult. It's a pretty sweet deal. We also called to reserve seats, so we don't have to wait when we get there. You can reserve via Facebook or text, which I think, are the two very convenient ways to reserve.

When we got there, we were greeted by the friendly staff who communicates by walkie-talkies because the place was really big. We were escorted to our table and he was asked to present his I.D.
From there, it was game on! :)

The first thing we did is get our drinks from the drinks area. I got wintermelon tea and Daniel got pineapple juice. From there, we filled up our 1st round with these...

Their Cronuts was AMAZING! :)
It's in bite size, but every bite is bursting with flavor. Once you bite into it ugh! Then there's the mini cinnamon rolls and crinkles, cookies, baby ensaymada and quiche. Nothing extraordinary with the rest but still yummy. :)

Then Daniel got this plateful of tempura. It's shrimp, eggplant and that other thing. I don't know what that was covered in batter, but it was delicious.

Then this! I filled up my plate with cute Japanese food. This plate is so yummy! I really enjoyed their japanese section. Except for the big one in the seaweed wrap ew.

After that, we were so game for another go. We walked along the aisle of the whole buffet table and man, was it long.

Then we got this, everything here is yummy. Especially the tonkatsu and yang chow rice. Hmmm yummy, I love chinese food. :)

Then we got this plate filled with kebobs. They have a whole cabinet of kebobs!!! We got every single variety there. Also beer batter fish and pizza. There's a whole lot of sauces to choose from there. Also the pizza is not too good, maybe because it's not too hot. But it's alright.

Then we got this plate of meats. It's my first time eating duck and U.S Roast Pork. Also I also found Lamb meat. This plate is very fulfilling. I'm quite full after this round. But still so yummy!!!

We took a break after that and took pictures of ourselves. Just to let our mouths rest for a while, because we're nearing up to fullness! :)
But after 30 minutes, I think. It's dessert time!!!

I mean come on, their dessert area is so eye-catching! So many choices and all looks so yummy!

Okay let me tell you about their dessert area, it has 3 chocolate fountains. THREE. They also have a crepe station where you can make your own and put whatever the f you want. And also they have fresh fruits, and soft serve station and CAKES! Lots to choose from!! Also they have this cold holding machine where they put bit size cheesecakes and panna cotta. It's all so yummy!!!

This is our last plate. Ice cream. Many flavors to choose from. I really enjoyed this bit designing our ice cream. :)

The staff also gave this birthday boy his birthday cake. They are so sweet, plus they sang a unique birthday song for him. :)

Definitely a must try here, Vikings! I definitely recommend this buffet restaurant. It's a bit pricey, but it's soo worth it! We have super full tummies after and super satisfied cravings!
