"Skip the diet. Just eat healthy."
In the midst of this scorching summer heat, I noticed myself being a lazy little butthead.
I lounge around the couch all day and watch TV. I started having this REALLY REALLY HUGE bulge on my stomach. Not like I didn't have that before, but it was bigger, way bigger.

Then I started looking at instagram and healthy posts and I saw all these foods that were absolutely appetizing, but very very healthy. I was inspired. Hence the quote on the first line of this blog post.
"Skip the diet, just eat healthy."
I started thinking about those foods and how good they are for my body. In the happiness project manifesto, YOUR BODY MATTERS. I just think that as we get older, we start to develop these habits and I just want mine to be healthy ones. I am also terribly constipated and I want to eat clean to improve my metabolism. I just started to challenge myself to incorporate fruits and veggies to my everyday meals and I just want to share with you guys the pictures I have of those foodies. Who knew it could be fun? Well it was fun for me so.. yeah. :)

Honeydew shake! :)
Oats topped with banana and nut butter.
Oats topped with apples and nut butter. (I LOVE PEANUT BUTTER. Okay? OKAY.)
Oats topped with apples and strawberry jam and cream.
Veggie salad with cherry tomatoes and tuyo preserves and honey mustard dressing.
A salad again composed of cucumber, mangoes, chicken and lettuce.
Baked oatmeal with bananas and raisins on top.
Oats topped with apples, raisins and nuts. :)

You don't have to eat less, you just have to eat right. :)
